
The Core Cure
The Core Cure is an all-in-one program combining the principles of Chinese Dietary Therapy with Pilates. The result: better digestion, less bloating, more efficient energy metabolism and enhanced core strength, flexibility, and tone.
The Core Cure is made up of four separate modules. The modules include recommendations to maximize your nutrition and movement for specific times of day: morning, midday, evening and a bonus module for when life doesn’t go exactly as planned.
